All Ages. Help start off our wonderful winter reading program with this magical winter-themed storytime. 

Grades 6-12. Help with our Winterfest Day. We’ll have various stations and activities that you will help run with the help of our librarians. Lunch will be provided. 

Family Event. You’ll be laughing out loud as nationally-known family entertainer Chris Fascione brings children’s stories to life with his high-spirited and innovative performances.

In this class, you will use the Glowforge machine to create a take home holiday ornament project. Previous Glowforge experience or having previously taken our Glowforge Basics class is required to participate in this project class. 

Family Event. Santa is in the building! Visit with Santa and get a picture with him next to our lobby Christmas tree.  

Family Event. Join Spark the Firefly for her first snow day- sledding, ice skating and more! Spark’s Snow Day includes music, interactive movement, puppets and lots of winter family fun!

Pick up this Take and Make at the Teen Loft while supplies last.

This lecture-style class will show you how to cut your cable subscription and get your home ready for streaming.

Grades K-2. Let’s explore all the twists and turns of the traditional fairytale and create your own gingerbread in disguise! REGISTRATION OPENS: Nov. 15 

Paul Auster’s brilliant eighteenth novel opens with a scorched pot of water, which Sy Baumgartner – phenomenologist, noted author, and soon-to-be retired philosophy professor – has just forgotten on the stove.

You are invited! Join library staff as we carol at some of our favorite senior residences! Stephane Collopy will accompany us on violin. No singing experience is required. All ages welcome. 

Ages 3-6. Use coffee filters and markers to create a one-of-a-kind suncatcher. REGISTRATION OPENS: Nov. 15 

This introductory ballet class offers a welcoming, low-pressure environment to explore movement, build strength, and enjoy the beauty of ballet. Dancers of all abilities and experience levels are welcome.

Grades 3-5. Do you admire handknit hats, mittens, or scarves? This is your chance to learn to knit, so you can create your own. Parents are invited to accompany their children. 

Learn how to convert vinyl albums and audio cassettes to digital audio on a computer using equipment available at the library in this lecture-style class.
