In this lecture-style class, we will take a basic look at navigating your Apple iPad. You may bring your own iPad if you would like to follow along.

Grades 3-5. Put your creativity to use and have fun creating unique valentines for your friends and also the senior residents visited by our Outreach Department. If you can’t make the program, we’ll have extras to make in the Children’s Library.

Join the Citizens Utility Board to learn about your energy choices and ways to save on utility bills. 

Grades K-2. Suprise your special someone with a Bear-y cute valentine after hearing a sweet story. 

Grades 3-5. Do you admire handknit hats, mittens, or scarves? This is your chance to learn to knit, so you can create your own. Parents are invited to accompany their children. 

Dive deeper into the world of brush calligraphy as you learn how to write elegantly, add flourishes, and stylize your calligraphy. 

Grades 3-5. Try your hand at the 8 mini golf courses under our black light. Then create your own courses from the fluorescent materials provided!   

The Earth teems with sights and textures, sounds and vibrations, smells and tastes, electric and magnetic fields. But every animal is enclosed within its own unique sensory bubble, perceiving but a tiny sliver of an immense world.

Learn how to double crochet and work in a round while making a coaster. Previous experience with crocheting the chain stitch and single crochet stitch is required. All materials will be provided.
