You’re not in trouble! Join us to sharpen your mind, learn something new, and discover some fun things you can do with the library’s online resources. Ever wondered how to start learning a new language?

We will have fun as we read, sing, and play together to build early literacy skills.   

An informal, mixed level group, guided by a teacher. Anyone with a basic working knowledge of English can join. Childcare is not available, but parents or caregivers may bring young children who can occupy themselves during the program

Learn how to spot signs coyotes leave behind. Learn what they like to eat and how they communicate. Pet a real coyote pelt. Learn what to do if you encounter a live coyote. Presented by the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie.

Grades 6 - 12. A 1 vs. 1 tournament to determine the library’s best Super Smash Bros. Ultimate player! Bringing your own controller is welcome but not required. 

Session 1: Tuesday, July 30 at 5 p.m. 

Session 2: Tuesday, September 3 at 5 p.m.

Introduction to podcasting and the basics of recording, publishing, and promoting your show. This program will provide insight into how to create a podcast that will reach people and eventually turn a profit.
