Join Dr. Kaveh Hemmat of Benedictine University to learn about key moments in this cosmopolitan literary tradition: how Alexander the Great Destroyer of Persepolis, became one of the most beloved Persian epic heroes; the Epic of Kush, the Elephant-Tusked king of China and Spain; and the story of the concubine who carried an ox up the stairs.
