Program Description

Event Details

Orland Park Public Library is pleased to invite you to a ribbon cutting for the first of five Little Free Libraries in Orland Park, which will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. The event will be held outside of the Orland Park Recreation Administration, adjacent to 144th Place and Ravinia Avenue, by the StoryWalk.

This Little Free Library is one of many steps we are taking to promote literacy, community engagement, and a love of reading across Orland Park. It will serve as a mini hub for book sharing, allowing residents of all ages to exchange books freely, fostering a sense of connection and shared knowledge. The Little Free Libraries are offered in partnership with the Village of Orland Park.
