Event Details
Everyone deserves to feel safe going about their lives. Self-defense isn't about being a highly-skilled martial artist, it's about simple tools everyone can learn and use in real-life situations with both strangers and people we know. This workshop teaches adults fundamental non-violent de-escalation and avoidance techniques, as well as basic defense tactics against physical assault. Please wear clothing you can move in comfortably, and bring a yoga mat if you've got one.
