Program Description

Event Details

The world of video games changed dramatically in the years between 1990 and 2010. Dr. Chris Carloy of the University of Chicago will introduce and explore many of these changes, with an emphasis on what games looked like, how they were played, and how players interacted with each other. Examples will be drawn from popular game series: Super Mario Bros to Minecraft.
