On February 17, 2026, we welcome the Year of the Horse! Celebrate this Lunar New Year with intercultural consultant and educator Yvonne Wolf as she guides us through the selection, preparation, and symbolism of Chinese cuisine served during this holiday season. After this talk, you will gain a new perspective on the Chinese dining experience, whether it is sit-down or take-out. Let's giddy-up for the Year of the Horse with Chinese food!
