Program Description

Event Details

The Alzheimer's Association presents a panel of safety and first aid experts to help you make your home safer for you and your care partner. Panelists include representatives from local Police and Fire, a physical therapist, and a professor of psychology specializing in dementia related diseases.

This program offers general safety advice that would be appropriate for people whose care partners may have dementia, aphasia, strokes, and limited mobility.
