This community forum is presented in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center, Northwestern Alzheimer's Disease Center, the SHARE Network (University of Chicago), and Pathlights.

If you are interested in volunteering to be a notetaker for the event, please contact Sarah Kleiva at skleiva@orlandparklibrary.org.
