Orland Park Public Library hosts a special exhibit, “20/20: One Hundred Years in Focus—Smith Communities in a Changing World,” starting on Friday, Sept. 6.

This multi-panel timeline celebrates Smith Crossing’s 20 years of serving southwest suburban seniors and their families. It features more than 220 local and world milestones, people and pop culture spanning a century since Smith Senior Living’s first retirement community, now called Smith Village in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood, opened. The exhibit will be on display in the library through Oct. 28.

Please join us at the library for an opening reception of this special exhibit. Light refreshments will be served.
